GEM Gyroid Electrolyser Engine – HHO Engine Technology Transfer and Licensing

Bird Renewables is the personal invention and clean-energy technology portfolio of Mr. Bealur Ramalingam Kaarthic, focused on high-volume on-demand HHO gas generation, industrial HHO burners, HHO boilers, clean thermal applications, renewable energy systems, and future green-energy inventions.

As part of his technology commercialization journey, Mr. Kaarthic has already transferred and licensed one of his core HHO technologies, the GEM Gyroid Electrolyser Engine, along with its industrial integration knowledge for HHO boiler and HHO burner applications.

The GEM Gyroid Electrolyser Engine technology transfer to HONC Gas represents an important milestone in moving inventor-developed HHO technology from prototype stage toward industrial validation, production-copy development, and commercial application readiness.

MIT & VIT Technical Evaluation Reference

Institutional Technical Evaluation Reference

The GEM Gyroid Electrolyser Engine technology pathway and related production-copy systems were taken forward for technical testing and engineering evaluation through institutional support channels. As communicated to Bird Renewables, the production-copy HHO generator system, boiler, burner, and associated technical drawings underwent technical checking, academic review, and engineering feedback processes through institutions including:

• MIT – Madras Institute of Technology
• VIT – Vellore Institute of Technology

The system underwent extended operational testing, including approximately 54 hours of evaluation covering HHO generator operation, boiler performance, burner integration, and related system behaviour analysis.

Transferred / Licensed to HONC Gas.

The organization is currently pursuing further implementation pathways, technical review procedures, and applicable policy-level alignment under relevant renewable energy and clean-technology frameworks, including future-stage submissions and processes associated with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE).

Any such activities remain under evaluation and should not be interpreted as government approval, certification, endorsement, accreditation, or official implementation clearance unless formally issued by the respective authorities.
